To provide financial assistance to Arkansas residents who are single parents and pursuing a course of instruction that will improve their income-earning potential.
Eligible - Any country (those with visas making them eligible to study in US). To apply for a scholarship or to get involved, contact the affiliate SPSF serving the county you live in.
