ARC Discovery Projects: Discovery Indigenous Award (DIA)
Awarded by Australian Research Council (ARC)
To support fundamental research and research training by Indigenous Australian researchers as individuals and as teams.
The recipient must legally reside predominantely in Australia for the life of the project.
The applicant must be an Indigenous Australian researcher.
Applicant must submit applications through an Australian eligible organization.
The Australian Research Council (ARC) is a statutory authority within the Australian Government’s Innovation, Industry, Science and Research portfolio. The ARC advises the Government on research matters, manages the National Competitive Grants Program, a significant component of Australia’s investment in research and development, and has responsibility for the Excellence in Research for Australia initiative.
