Writers-in-Residence with NCH, the Children's Charity
Awarded by BBC Writersroom
Purpose
To enable young writers to work in residence with selected NCH projects during their 'Growing Strong' campaign, which focuses on young people's emotional well-being, inner-strength and confidence.
Residencies will be based in London, Glasgow, Belfast, Cardiff, and Liverpool.

Applicants must be talented writers with professional experience.

Application procedure
Applicants must write a covering letter explaining why he/she would like to take part in the residency and a brief outline of a proposed project idea, a curriculum vitae detailing their relevant professional experience and a writing sample (full script) and send hard copies marked 'NCH Writer in Residence' to BBC Writersroom.
