American Society of Hematology Trainee Research Award Program

Purpose
To provide support for a research project of 3 months and for travel to the Society's annual meeting.

Eligibility
Applicants must be medical students or residents and selected undergraduates only. The programme is open to ACGME-accredited institutions in the United States of America, Mexico and Canada that have a training programme director in haematology or a related area. Study Length
either a short hematological research project for a minimum of three months, or a long hematological research project between three and 12 months
Award Value
a $5,000 stipend and $1,000 each year for two years to support attendance at the ASH Annual Meeting.
