To provide scientists and haematologists in developing countries an opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience, technology training or laboratory experience.

Award Value

ASH will fund approved costs for travel and living expenses (applicants must submit a budget).

Application procedure

Applicants must complete the visiting trainee programme application and submit it with a letter of recommendation from the proposed host institution. They will need to identify a site and host for their proposed short-term clinical or laboratory experience and give a clear statement of the topic or goal of the training programme.
