APS Mass Media Science and Engineering Fellowship

Purpose

To enable promising young scientists to work in the newsroom of a newspaper, magazine, radio or television station, sharpening their ability to communicate complex scientific issues to non-scientists and helping to improve public understanding of science.

Eligibility

Open to graduate or postgraduate students of physiology, or a related subject, preferably with a background in scientific writing.
