Application procedure
Applicants must submit a complete application form along with a cover letter with curriculum vitae, official transcripts from undergraduate and graduate institutions, a typewritten, detailed description of the dissertation topic and proposed research plan (maximum 10 pages) and 3 letters of recommendation.
