Open to recognized or qualified scholars, researchers or artists of any nationality who possess the knowledge and experience to formulate and implement a project in a specialized field of Jewish studies.

The Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture is today committed to the creation, intensification, and dissemination of Jewish culture worldwide, the development of creative programs to meet the emerging needs of the Jewish communities globally, and to serving as a central forum for identifying and supporting innovative programs to insure the continuation of creative Jewish life wherever Jewish communities exist.
