Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture Scholarships for Post-Rabbinical Students
Awarded by Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture
To assist in the training of future Jewish religious scholars and leaders and to assist newly ordained rabbis to obtain advanced training for careers as head of Yeshivot, as Dayanim and other leadership positions.
The Foundation also provides grants to bolster Jewish educational programmes in areas of need. Grants are awarded on the understanding that the recipient institution will assume responsibility for the programme following the initial limited period of Foundation support. Grants are made only for team or collaborative projects.
Open to recently ordained rabbis engaged in full-time studies at a Yeshiva, Kollel or a rabbinical seminary.
Minimum award US$1,000 and maximum US$3,000
