An applicant for a scholarship must be registered as a postgraduate student at an Australian tertiary institution, and must have at least an upper second class Honours degree.

The application should include a curriculum vitae, the names of two referees, a statement of the research project (approximately 2 sides of A4) and where it is to be carried out.
