To financially support those in post-secondary training.

Open to Canadian Aboriginal mature or matriculating students who are enrolled in postsecondary training in the relevant subject areas.
There is no application form. Applicants must submit, in 500 words or less, a description of their intended programme of study and the reasons for their choice. In addition, applicants must include a copy of their most recent college or university transcript, a signed letter of recommendation from a community leader e.g. Town or Band Council, Chamber of Commerce, Metis Local, a statement of financial need indicating funding already received or expected and a proof of enrolment into, or application for, a post-secondary institution. Applications are evaluated based on need, relevance of study, achievements, return of investment and overall presentation of the application.
