Open to the candidates of age not more than 35 years who have Graduate or equivalent degree with 60 per cent marks in the subject opted from a recognized university or a Master or equivalent degree with 60 per cent marks with specialization in the subject opted from a recognised University.

€700 per month, which is reduced to 50% for scholarship holders of categories B, C, D and E.
Application in prescribed format with attested copies of testimonials, photograph, programme of study/research, fitness certificate, two letters of introduction from Indian academic authorities and other documents may be submitted or plain paper. Employed persons are required to send their applications through their employer.
