NJWEA Scholarship Award Program
To further encourage highly capable individuals to continue studies in environmental science or engineering with a strong component in one or more areas of water pollution control and environmental protection or hazardous waste management.
The awards are based on academic performance, merit, scholastic ability and demonstrated interest in environmental science or engineering.
Open to students who are enrolled in a full-time programme leading to a degree in environmental science, environmental engineering or a closely related field with an emphasis on appropriate technical aspects of environmental protection or water pollution control.
$2,000–2500 and totaling over $43,500 annually

New Jersey Water Enviroment Association
The New Jersey Water Environment Association (NJWEA) is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the water environment. NJWEA was founded in 1915 and is one of the oldest organization in the United States of America. With a membership of 2,800 engineers, operators, scientists, students and other professionals, the NJWEA is an environmental leader in New Jersey.
