Application procedure
Applicants must submit a request for an application form that includes the name of the university the candidate will be attending, the year the candidate will be in during the autumn of the award, the major course of study and a stamped addressed envelope. Completed applications must include a grade transcript and three confidential reference forms. Candidates must be sponsored by an ANS section, division, student branch, committee, member or organization member. The applicant should indicate on the nomination form that he or she is applying for the MSTD Scholarship. Applications on line at external link
