Francis H. Moffitt Memorial Scholarship
Purpose
To encourage upper-division undergraduate and graduate-level college students to pursue a course of study in surveying and photogrammetry leading to a career in the geospatial mapping profession.
The committee will assign additional points to the final scores for those applicants having attributes that reflect Professor Moffitt's career and contributions. Please see the website for details external link.
Eligibility
Open to students currently enrolled or intending to enroll in a college or university in the United States of America or Canada, who are pursuing a program of study in surveying or photogrammetry leading to a career in the geospatial mapping profession.

Award Value
US$4,500, a certificate and a one year student or associate membership in ASPRS.
Application procedure
Applicants must submit listing of courses undertaken, internships and special projects taken, a transcript of all courses completed, grades obtained, two letters of recommendation and a personal statement. Applicants must visit organization website for complete details.
