MLA Research, Development and Demonstration Project Award

To provide support for research, development and demonstration projects that will help to promote excellence in the field of health sciences librarianship.

Open to members of the Association who have a graduate degree in library science, are practicing medical librarians with at least 2 years of experience at the professional level and are citizens or permanent residents of the United States of America or Canada. Grants will not be given to support an activity that is only operational in nature or that has only local usefulness.
Applicants must submit a completed application form with three references, a detailed description of the project design and budget.
