MLA Scholarship for Minority Students

To provide a minority student with the opportunity to begin or continue graduate study in the field of library and information science.

Open to African, American, Hispanic, Asian, Pacific Island or Native American students who are entering an ALA-accredited library school and have at least one half of the academic requirements of the programme to finish in the year following the granting of the scholarship.

Applicants must submit a completed application form with two letters of reference, official transcripts and a statement of career objectives.
