$3,000 Academic Study, UPS Foundation ($2,500 each – two awards); Continuing Education, Moore Medical ($1,500 each – two awards), Georgia State Chapter ($1,000 each – two awards).
Application procedure
Submit an application form, a narrative of 500 words or less describing career goals and how the scholarship will enable continued education activity, and also supply a letter of support.
