Purpose

To assist children's book writers in the completion of a specific project.

Eligibility

Open to both full and associate members of the Society. The grant is not available for a project for which there is already a contract. Recipients of previous grants are not eligible to apply for any further SCBWI Grants.

The full grant is US$1,500 and the runner-up grant is US$500
