Open to citizens of any country (excluding Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City) who are holding a first degree, have not previously studied for 1 year or more in the UK or any other developed country, and have received an offer to study from IDPM.
