Hagley Museum and Library
Located along the Brandywine River on the site of the first du Pont black powder works, the Hagley Museum and Library provide a unique glimpse into American life at home and at work in the 19th century. Set among more than 230 acres of trees and flowering shrubs, Hagley offers a diversity of restorations, exhibits and live demonstrations for visitors of all ages.
